Went there many times.This time tried midimum fish fry,Bhetki fish moglai porota...As always both their dishes were nice..Fish portion in fish fry was huge..It was served with one piece of potato fry and salad(4/5).Bhetki fish moglain porota was served with alur dum and salad.It was delicious.(4.5/5)

We tried fish fry ( large) , fish orli and chicken kabiraji.. The fish items were awesome. Chicken kabiraji was average. Had to wait for 5 minutes. Cash and UPI accepted. About 3-5 mins walk from Rashbihari More.

Fish fry, fish Kachuri, radhaballabhi are just mind blowing.
Like one of the best I ever had.
Only disadvantage like you cannot have seating arrangement.
Takeaway is the best option.
If you are eating it in front of the shop then don't miss the Sodalime, Shikanji just opposite to Apanjan. 😊😁

Fish kabiraji is not worthy about the taste
but Fish fry is perfect .

Finally got to eat at this renowned place on Nabami of Durga Pujo this year. We ordered a Medium Fish Fry (Rs. 180) and a Fish Orly (Rs. 130) and loved both. The fish fillet in the both the items was fresh, moist, and quite thick. The coating was perfectly crisp and not too thick. The orly was a bit oily though since it was refried.
Really surprised with the standards they maintained during the Pujo rush and can't wait to visit them again!

The best fish fry I have ever had. Best Fish kochuri I have ever had. Tried fowl cutlet also. Chicken was juicy. The price tags are justified I would say. Had to tackle a huge crowd in Sunday evening. Highly recommended place as per me.
Upon second visit tried their bhetki singara, which they have newly introduced in place of mutton singara. Too good. Small chunks of bhetki fish only in the inside. The outside is moist and tender. Price Rs 60. Also tried prawn cutlet. More than one jumbo prawns 🍤 fried in a crispy cutlet. Price 200

One of the best counter of fast foods in South Kolkata. There are lots of mouth watering items. I have tasted 3-4 items there. The authentic item I tasted there, Fish Kachori with Alur dam. For this item, you must reach there within 12 to 1 p.m. Apanjan's Diamond fish fry is the best fish fry in Kolkata. Also, Fish Kabiraji, Fish Worli very tasty here.

This is basically a take away food joint.
Apanjan is one of my favourite place for evening snacks. Apanjan is located near Kalighat Metro..They are famous for their fish fries, kabiraji etc. We tried their famous fish fry, chicken kabiraji and mutton chop . fish fry and mutton chop are just fingerlicking good.....Please must visit this place and try their famous fish fry .... and you can also try mutton chop it's really good ..

firstly i got disappointed as they don't sell the famous mutton singara on Thursday! after that the fish fry n fish orli tasted sweet which was not expected at all! The only satisfying thing was the quality n quantity of the fish. it was undoubtedly fresh n original vetki.
