If you are looking for proper dhaba food then Azad Hind Dhaba is the the place for you. It has varieties of option with reasonable pricing. You might have to wait little extra for your order if the footfall is too much during weekends or festive period for dine-in or if you have a 4 wheeler then you can park and eat in it aswell. Atmosphere is descent enough for just eating !!

Back in the pre-zomato, pre-swiggy days, this was THE original place for the late night hungry. A true place that lights up the quiet side of Ballygunge that's half military and half civilian. Excellent kitchen and service of the highest order. It strikes the perfect balance between the authentic Punjabi ambience and the cosmopolitan atmosphere.

We have visited 2nd Oct'2023 Azad Hind Dhaba , Ballygunge Circular road . Indian Dishes Like Dal Makhni , Chicken Bharta , Paneer Butter Masala were delicious . Food - out of 5 Azad Hind should get 4.5 . Only thing need to improve the Interior Decor and Hygienic services . Specially the Toilets / Washroom etc . Car parking is available and staff behaviour are very good.

I loved the delicious food which we had ordered. Soft and tender butter naan, butter chicken & tarka with onion salad. I would love to visit this Dhaba again with my friends and family.

The food was plain (though we did ask for completely nonspicy taste), but the tandoori rotis were fresh, crisp and absolutely amazing.
They have a surprise mocktail bar too that turned out our mint flavoured choices to perfection.

The food quality and quantity is up to the mark. The taste is very good, specially mutton do peyaza and palak fry. Mutton biriyani has an exceptional taste. I would recommend everyone to visit.

This is not an upbeat place. Decades old and has a legacy. This is one of their two outlets around this section of the city
Food is amazing. Especially the non veg food. Portion size is good and so is the price.
Has an AC area but only family or couples are allowed if accompanied by female guests.

The food was good but cleaning is out of place and stuffs were not very energetic, though we visited around 1 am at night.
A good dhaba to visit if it's after 12 at night and you are near the area.
