Nice little place in a posh surroundings with appropriate ambience and affordable pricing. The decor and the furnishing was very visionary. The staff is friendly and polite. Relevantly same menu as most of the Italian restaurants have, however it’s okay for me. Food tasted pretty amazing and the presentation of food was okay. The staff was really trying to put out the best they can. Bit slow service however it’s okay if you want to have laid back nice quite evening. Good luck Mad Hatter’s. Keep going.

A very good continental restaurant at Ballygunge place. They have a very nice contemporary decor and ambience. The food, taste wise is absolutely awesome, freshly made with quality stuff. The portioning is very decent. The service level though leaves much to be desired. Majorly understaffed, one single fellow was handling everything. So for our family of 3, we got 3 dishes one after the another at an interval of 10-15 mins and all of us ended up eating separately. Can't blame the person in charge as he was the only one around. Other than that highly recommended from my end.

Enjoyed a lovely late lunch with a friend (who didn't wish to be photographed or tagged bcz he felt his girlfriend will feel bad since he is enjoying the lunch without her😂😂) at this aesthetically beautiful cafe nestled deep inside Ballygunge Place yesterday.. In frame: #COOLRITA & #PINKPANTHER (delicious mocktails).. #BLT & #BHETKI burgers were pretty good.. #CHICKENALAKIEV & #SHEPHERDPIE as main course dishes were both yummy.. #CARAMELCUSTARD was pure ❤️ - one of the best I have had till date in Kolkata..
