Tangra is always known for it great, inexpensive chinese food and this place is no exception. It has the vintage, typical Chinese restaurant vibe. Staff is friendly and pocket pinch is super affordable. Great place to eat at. Special mention for veg Tom yum clear soup, so flavourful. The roads inside Tangra are clumsy, sometimes dirty but restaurant is absolutely clean

Located just opposite to Beijing in China Town if you're little low on budget and can't afford Beijing's high prices for the time being then you can consider Golden Empire. But point is, should you? Just like most of the places in China Town they also have a huge dining upstairs and the ambiance is quite simple but feels good. This big place had only 2 staffs but surprisingly they were very quick. Their alcohol menu is quite long but 90% weren't present. Thank God I got my favourite pint Bira White. Prices are bit high for alcohol. We took their suggestion and ordered their speciality dishes... Red Pepper Fish @ Rs.290 (4/5) Fried Prawn Chips @ Rs.170 (3/5) Drumstick in Hong Kong Style @ 260 (5/5) Chilli Garlic Pepper Shrimps @ Rs.320 (3/5) Chicken Hakka Chowmin @ Rs.170 (3/5) Fish to prawn to chicken starter items were good but quantity for prawn and shrimps were quite low as per China Town restaurant standard. Drumstick in Hong Kong Style and Red Pepper Fish are must try. In mains just took plain Hakka Noodles that tasted okay. Overall nice experience but they don't offer luxury as some big brands in China Town like Beijing or Big Boss. Per person cost including alcohol is around Rs.800.

We visited Golden Empire, after a friend suggested us. We were pretty surprised by the quality/quantity to price ratio. Amazing. We ordered Chicken Wonton, Golden Fried Prawn, Empire Chicken, Cantonese Mixed Noodles, Mixed Rice. All for 1500. The taste of each and every item were truly amazing! Recommended

Very Reasonable rates... Taste of food items are pretty good... Alcohol rates are also reasonable... They need to improve the interiors and F&B service team... The service team is good, just needs to improve their hospitality skills. I went their twice with friends and had a great time. Good food at a reasonable price above all they are generous on the quantity.

Good place for budget friendly Chinese foods. Food taste is good. Cost is ok. Clean and hygien is good. Nice Ambiance. Good location. Must try Hongkong style drumstick.
