Nomnom - The Thainese Cuisine

Went to Nomnom on 14th Feb with my Teammates. Overall a small place to hangout with lovely ambience.located in salt lake sector V.The ceilings are well decorated with umbrellas. Foods are quiet good both in respect to quality and quantity. The only thing which was missing was power back up. Otherwise I would recommend the place to everyone. We were 6 people and had a full course lunch comprising of mocktails, starter main course at a pocket pinch of around 2.2k ( after 10% corporate discount)

We decided to have a fair share of dim sums and appetizers to follow up with the main course - hence we began with crispy Fried Chicken Momo 🥟, then went to gobble hot Chicken Drumsticks 🍗, and thereafter to satisfy the basic requirement of a Bengali foodie, i.e. fish 🐠, we had the Nomnom Special Shrimp 🍤 Noodles - the best item of the day I felt! 😍

Location: The place is located in Sector 5 near the SDF bus stop. It’s basically situated in a walking distance from RDB as well as SDF bus stop. Ambience: The ambience is pretty cozy as well as comfortable. A good number of tables are available in the air conditioning area whereas if you want then you can also have a dining experience in the garden especially made for candle light experience. Also, the price of the items are quite economical. You Oh Food Review: 1. Randang fish in banana leaf This is basically prepared by steam which we call in our language Bhapa. The fish was fresh and the dish was quite spicy and extremely delicious. The fish literally melted in my mouth. 2. Bali prawns I’m in love with this dish and I’m gonna order it again in my next visit. The dish was served along with 8 pieces of crispy prawns. 3. Nasi goreng This was basically the main course mixed rice. I don’t have enough idea regarding the preparation but the taste was extremely good. The quantity is quite satisfactory for 3 average individuals. 4.Bang bang chicken The chicken preparation was something new for me but it was so quite delicious. This comes with a spicy gravy so this is an ideal side dish with any main course rice or noodles 5. Fried Icecream What I can say is this was the climax of everything. I never tasted something like this before and it seems to be a perfect desert one can have though I have seriously no idea regarding the preparation of the dish. Recommendation: 1. Randang fish in banana leaf 2. Bali prawns 3. Nasi goreng 4. Fried Chicken

Your summer lunch cannot be any better than this.. A perfect ambience coupled with exclusive delicious delicacies. That's what Nom Nom is all about. A perfect thai cuisine with various options ranging from chicken to lamb to pork. Staff behaviour is also nice. Plus they have a romantic sitting area outside. A good place for a casual yet exclusive experience.
