Barbecue Nation

Apart from the wonderful service provided, nothing really stood out much! A place providing a buffet needs to have wonderful starters and desserts. However a lot of items from the starters section lacked the punch. To mention a few, prawn and chicken kebabs were overcooked, making them too dry. Chicken drumsticks had a burnt exterior and were as dry as the Sahara! The dessert section was lacking in variety in my opinion while the mutton in the main course was too bland. Mutton had lost its individual flavour and the curry failed to make up for it. Butter naan was anything but butter naan. It felt like a plain paratha with no butter to show! Overall, food quality needs a lot of improvement!
