Loved the place.. the ambience.. the view.. and the food was awesome.. went there for dinner buffet... Fish tawa fry and egg golden fry were the show stoppers

Onne of the oldest Five Star Hotels in Kolkata.
Went there for a business lunch with MD and senior executives of the organisation.
Suparb hospitality by the waiters.
Food taste was not up to the mark. Liked the dessert though.

Wider choice of excellent food, both veg and non veg.
Lots of desserts to choose.
But I felt very crowded and live music is too much noise. Despite of my several requests the live musicians refused to turn down volume, very arrogant and rude.
Guests go there for food not to listen their do called music.
Crab, and prawn were superb.
Reasonable price.
Cordial staff very helpful, polite and hospitable.
A splendid place for family with kids.
