Good place to eat, food preparation is quick and yummy. Don't go on its looks, although the restaurant doesn't look as posh, they food and service is very nice. Price is slightly on the higher side. Would totally recommend if you just want a delicious and heavy meal and not much concerned about the cost.

Taranng restaurant is located in sector III, Salt Lake, Kolkata. It is near to GD market and GD bus stand. They serves both veg and non veg, Chinese, north Indian and south Indian dishes .Hot and Cold both the Coffee are really delicious. It's a must try. There is no washroom in this restaurant. The Ambience and amenities of this restaurant should be improved. But service of the staffs are so good that no one will face any trouble.

This is popular as a take away joint but they also have seating arrangements for dining. Well known among the locals, located just adjacent to GD bus stop in saltlke near Susrut eye Hospital. They offer Chinese and Mughlai both but not Biriyani, I must admit the food is very very tasty. The seating arrangements are basis not AC so may be an issue during summer but in winter it is good enough. Don't come here for good decor or atmosphere but visit here for good quality food. Must try the Mughlai paratha, roll, Tandoori chicken.
