Nitrogen based ice cream shop. It's the only nitrogen based ice cream shop in behala-taratala area, thus quite special. The ice creams are colder than normal ice cream. Dragon's breath is a speciality item found there. One has to be careful while handling the liquid nitrogen that comes with dragon's breath

The place is bit on the inside of an alleyway and is easy to miss at first. It is quite a unique effort on their behalf to use chemistry in practical way of life. Try their dragon's breath when you are there. It will be quite a unique experience. Their ice cream flavour are quite unique as well such as rocky road, tiramisu, kairu paini etc. The smoke coming out of the bowl while making teh ice cream is exciting. It is really expensive though . A small bowl of ice cream is about rs 180 but you pay more for the experience rather than for the ice cream per se.

Fancy ice-cream parlor targeted at kids. Especially the in-item "Dragon's Breath" has children dying for more portions. A little expensive to be honest, but I'd say it is worth it if you're going in once in a while. A Quality Walls ice-cream cart bang opposite was my choice though the little one did enjoy his Dragons Breath!

Mumbles lab is a nice and new place to try out in new Alipore. It is basically the ice cream mixture frozen using liquid nitrogen. All the basic ice cream in small size will cost you ₹100. I would recommend trying the dragon's breath..it's not that tasty but it's a fun experience as you breathe out smoke. It's location is good and staff is friendly. It has seating area for 10-12 people. They will also give you a lot of variety for toppings. The best thing is they have all their toppings available most of the time unlike other places which usually say they are out of stock.
