Staff is very polite, well trained and maintain the best standards. No wonder that the hotel has maintained itself on the hospitality horizon of Kolkata over such a long period of time.

The service was excellent! Front house, housekeeping, the bridge restaurant breakfast and the someplace else bar was fabulous. We really really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating with our requests. The rooms were little old but clean. The funny thing is front office staff says they have upgraded your rooms to "luxury rooms" to ALL the guests to make them feel better.
