The food is good as always but the customer service is very bad..... They always ask you in a hurry and they confuse people.... They can't even spare a minute to tell the difference between a meal and a box... The girl who took my order was Shatabdi.....and she seriously had attitude problem.... I would insist understand your customer and then serve ... And we are paying and not eating free....

Every item was delicious and mouthwatering । Service was prompt and behaviour of the staff was very good। Ambience is good to enjoy this food । There is a rush at afternoon and evening । price is little bit expensive but Overall satisfied। Love KFC chicken items the most । One may go KFC in Wednesday for discount food items। Food items shown in the picture cost 480/- ( 12 pcs chicken fry , dips , french fry , coke ) ..enough for two / three person..

This is best place for quick bites. KFC is the most attractive counter in any of the malls.. All time we are gathering there for delicious food so as usual this time happened also. We ordered -> • RED SMOKY GRILL(NEWLY ARRIVED) : Just love for this smoky grill chicken. spicy, juicy, tasty & softer as perfect as they make. And the top of the masala was just awesome. • ALPHONSO BURST KRUSHER : I want to gave this 9 out of 10.. because this is so good and perfect for a chilling refreshing drink. • CHOCO LASH KRUSHER : Nothing to say,,, Just love love love.. awesome as usual like Alphonso burst. They took too much time to make this dish thats why I gave it 4* otherwise they deserve 5* ratings.. One adventure is they make all their foods fresh & soft. Price was little bit expensive & enough for 1-2 people easily.. **RECOMMENDED** KFC located at Lake Mall in food court area. near Kalighat metro station.. Ambience is okay but to much crowd Each n every time they delay the orders Taste was awesome Our favourite is Zinger classic Burger Fresh veggies with yummy chicken patty Hot n crispy was also good in taste Crusher is not upto the mark.. I really wonder how this place provides so much of quality food at so low price. Is this the charisma of the newly joined manager, Sir Dip Dutta???. I am suspecting him because earlier I witnessed those sweet little evenings when he used to forcibly put edibles in my mouth, so much in quantity that I couldn't close my mouth. Well you know, there are few people in the world whom you will allow to do so, just like they want you to tie them up... That what is called a perfect understanding.
