Kali Ghat Metro station is bit different from most of stations on the route .First there is a huge picture Maa Kaali.Then you have an properly armed Sentry behind sandbags guarding over the exit near the Rashbehari station .In addition you have proper food stalls patronized by the commuters.

There are several gates. Trains are very frequently available from kabi Subhash to either dum dum or Dakshineshwar. During peak hours these are heavily crowded and there even time where u may not enter. But for senior citizens and specially able there are seats which are readily available.
