They dont take extra service charges. Services is good and quickly. Halal food, suitable for all religion, family restaurant. Foods quality upto the mark. This restaurant offers some of Kolkata's finest biryani. The delightful aroma, flawlessly cooked long-grain rice, tender chicken and mutton pieces, create an incredibly mouthwatering combination. The standout element is the perfectly spiced potato, not overly rich but exceptionally tasty. I highly rate this biryani restaurant. Chicken Tikka Kebab is a must try.

Zam Zam is located opposite Quest Mall. Went there for the first time and the experience was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty nice and the service was good too. Tried their Beef Malai, Chicken Bharta, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti, Shahi Tukda and Firni. All the items tasted really good. I was surprised by their prices. The prices are pretty low. Overall, had a good experience there.

Went to there in the lunch time. Ordered chicken reshmi kabab , chicken biriyani special and firni for two people. First come to the chicken reshmi kabab. I have never ever tasted kabab like this before. It was too juicy and as well as soft. The green chutney was freshly prepared. Salad was also freshly cut. Special chicken biriyani contained two leg pieces of chicken and big size potatoes and one egg and the famous biriyani. Quantity of One plate biriyani really over quantity for two people. Leg pieces are again soft and juicy. Firni was averagely well. The overall food price is moderate. Ambience is average. Service personnel were helpful. Wash room is neat and clean. Wonderful experience.
