Great to hang out with friends or family and have a drink or two. The view is excellent from up here. Food is delicious. Especially fries and pizza. Many people have wrongfully given reviews on Kava restaurant hosted by Fairfield under this Vertex restaurant. Both places are not at all the same, Kava is more of a diner and Vertex is kinda bar and they have their menus very different. So kindly checkout before coming. Took out a * from service as I went there on a Tuesday and it was not crowded at all, so they didn't bother attending the customers regularly.

Vertex - The Liquid Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Kolkata. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stylish and modern ambiance. The decor is chic and the lighting sets the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are met. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Vertex is extensive, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. Whether you're a seafood lover, a vegetarian, or a meat enthusiast, there is something here for everyone. I highly recommend trying their seafood platter, which is not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The highlight of my evening was the exceptional selection of cocktails. The mixologists at Vertex have truly mastered the art of mixing drinks. I was impressed by their creativity and attention to detail. The cocktails are concocted with precision, and each sip is a delight to the senses.

This place is good for a buffet. Within 1.6k you will get a buffet for each. Now coming to the menu, the menu is not so spread out. Standard kebabs where the quality of the chicken is not so good and seems to be frozen for long. Other starters and dishes were not so special, you will enjoy that more in bbq nation. One thing worth mentioning is the biriyani quality which is really good. The biriyani in the buffet was almost empty and missing muttons, but when I asked, they especially sent one bowl to my table which was full with pieces of mutton. Another speciality of the buffet here is the dessert. You really get to enjoy a lot from the menu and the options are huge. Serve time is from 12.30-3.30 . In drinks they offer one seasonal drink and Sangira. Staff behaviour is good. Book from Easydinner to get addon discount.

I had the pleasure of attending an office party at Fairfield by Marriott on Tuesday, and I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and the staff was very helpful. The food was great, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was top-notch. I would highly recommend Fairfield by Marriott to anyone looking for a great place to have a party or any other event. The overall experience was beyond my expectations, and I look forward to visiting again.

We went for the Dinner buffet on a weekday. Compared to price the number of items was pretty less although quality is good. However some items took forever to refill despite multiple follow ups and we ended up not having it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is good and the window side view good too with a nice view of the Biswa Bangla gate.

First time visit. Ambience: 3/5 Spacious, well light, but bit noisy. Food Quality and Quantity: 3/5 Taste was good but not as it should be as per its standard. Quantity ok. Staff Behaviour: 5/5 Staff were professional and well behaved. Helped to quickly arrange sitting as our group was quite big. Hygiene: 5/5 Looked to be good hygienic. Location and Parking: 5/5 Just few metres from Bisawa Bangla. Valet Parking available.
