Quantum - Modern Indian Bistro, Salt Lake

Quantum - Modern Indian Bistro is a newly opened multi cuisine restaurant located on the ground floor of Lynq aero boutique hotel at Sector V area. The place is nicely decorated and they have a glass roofing area which is very photogenic. We started with slightly spicy crispy chilli Babycorn, which is a great Indo Chinese starter option anyday atleast for me. Then they served veg cigar roll which was crunchy outside and stuffed with huge amount of veggies. After that I liked these super juicy, tender, melt-in-the-mouth Chicken Reshmi Kabab. In main course we opted for Chicken Kasha & Basanti Pulao. Here, Chicken pieces are cooked in onion, ginger-garlic, tomato and masala based gravy which perfectly complemented that sweet Pulao. We ended up our meal with a soft & hot gulab jamun.

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of Hotel Lynq in Sector V, Salt Lake. The North Indian food we had was really tasty but more than 90% of the items in Continental and Italian was not available. No mocktails was available either. If anyone is planning to go there must call the restaurant and enquire about what items are available.

In this Poila Baishak I visited this newly launched Restaurant which is exactly located at Sector - 5, in the ground floor of LYNQ Hotel, Kolkata. The name of the restaurant is QUANTUM KOLKATA. The Ambience is Cozy and luxurious with 30-35 people's seating arrangements. They maintain proper hygiene and safety procedure. Coming to the food section. I tried - 🔸Watermelon Mocktail(Bar Men Special Mocktail) 🔸Assorted Soft Drinks 🔸Pita Pizzette 🔸Mini Cigar Roll With House Mayo 🔸Wok Tossed Crispychilli Babycorn 🔸Chicken Sandwich - They used brown bread for made this sandwich. It taste was delicious. It's stuffings was good. 🔸Chicken Sweet Corn Soup 🔸Murgh Malai Kebab - It taste was yummy. The chicken pieces were soft and little bit of malai flavoured. 🔸Chicken Tikka Kebab - It taste was spicy and my all time favourite. Must try it. 🔸Chicken Kasha With Basanti Pulao And Assorted Breads - i tried this dishes and specially I loved this one. Basanti Pulao was well cooked and chicken kasha was tasty. 🔸Hot Gulab Jamun Overall it was a great experience from here. Their staff behaviour was courteous and they served well. This year Poila Baishak I was invited to this New Restaurant opening. They serve multiple cuisine. I loved their hospitality. Thanks Quantum Kolkata for this invitation ❤️❤️
