Poor customer service by the older lady at the service desk between the hours of 8:20pm-8:45pm on the 17th of July. She needs to learn manners and how to listen to a customer rather than speaking rudely straight up. No friendly greeting, no smiling, I had to repeat my order 3 times to her. We are normally happy with the service here but not tonight. Glad the movie made up for the bad start to the night

Extremely rude customer service on a Sunday at 1:00 with a girl that had no name tag, she had blonde curly hair, and was extremely rude, then she started talking bad about us to her other coworkers. In the end we got the manager involved and ending being allowed to go in. The manager was the only nice person there, and the guy at the front kept harassing people for there birth certificates. After this incident after we were finally allowed in the cinema we overheard the same woman telling her male coworker to keep an eye on us.

It is a great cinema and the food at Harbour Town is excellent. However the foods and snacks at the cinema are minimal at best amd options for the children are restricted even more. If you intend on eating at Harbour Town or you are not hungry, there really is no reason to go to any other cinema if you live in the neighborhood. However, If event cinemas shows your movie at a different time then swapping moght be useful. I combine the cinemas in that I will check what is showing and when and often one will show movies when the other is not etc. If I can choose the experience then, for the food at Harbour town alone I would pick reading cinemas.
