Tandoori Place Indian Restaurant The

I have visited this place quite a number of times but I have to say the food quality has dropped a fair bit over the years. There has been so many instances like this thats why i had to write a review for this one. Ordered a chana masala and the container was like almost half empty with such a bad gravy I didn't ate fully had to dispose of it. I hope they work on their food just a little effort goes a long way.

Well, this was disappointing and sneaky. This very same restaurant is advertising on deliveroo they are a British fish and chip only. Then a separate account for their India dishes. The photo looks nothing like the one captured. I received this tonight, and the chips are frozen store brought and soggy, just like the pathetic fish. Stick to Indian food, guys and don’t scam people saying British fish and chips.

Very tasty experience of eating food. Yummiest food I have ever ate in last few years on Aussie land. Nice food …. Amazing staff….. must must must visit place if you are in Gold Coast 😊 the most amazing food you will ever taste in Gold Coast and great service and the butter chicken is amazing as will as the veg menu and some is spicy like chilly amazing food nice chicken and the service is fast

WATCH OUT! Stumbled upon this restaurant on our last night in surfers. The place was empty but we thought the food sounded nice. Entrees and most mains were tasty, the Rogan Josh was not my favourite, tasted really strongly of meat flavour. Want we were NOT impressed by is the sneaky bill add on. They charged for tap water. We never asked for water and we’re not advised this was a charge. When we questioned it at the end, they advised it was “filtered water” and the bill said Mt Franklin which was a lie. When we refused to pay for it, they got angry at us. You can’t legally charge a customer for tap water. This must be offered for free in clubs and restaurants BY LAW. Don’t lie to customers and don’t be deceptive. Your restaurant was not busy enough to try and rip off your only customers for the night. Won’t be recommending or returning

My experience was horrible. The food ( chicken dish) was cold and not fresh. I made a complaint to take this back and make it again. The 2nd time around, again, meat was cold in the inside. The next day I had gasto and was sick. Such a horrible experience and I can’t believe these restaurants continue to operate and fool their customers.
