Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Long line but did not take very long. LOTS of flavors on the menu I could barely decide. The small size had 2 and a half scoops which was so much for 5 dollars. Like I know that's still a lot of money but considering the ice cream being homemade I think it was a good price. I went with blue monster but they only let me get one flavor which was kind of sad since I also wanted birthday cake. The ice cream was soooooo good! I had some of my mom's too and she got vanilla caramel brownie and it tasted super good too. Would really recommend super duper good just a line and you only get to pick one flavor 😭.

We stopped here because we saw there were vegan options. There were two -- a berry sorbet and a chocolate cookie dough. I got the cookie dough. It was really good! The prices were reasonable, especially considering the giant portion sizes. I got a small, and it was much more than expected! My partner, who was planning on having a medium, saw mine and quickly changed his mind for a small instead. Service was friendly and helpful, and pretty fast. Definitely recommend.

We LOVE Handel's and would have given 5 stars but one of our scoops was skimpy and 2 of the selections were softer than we prefer. Ordered our favorite (and best value) - "The Sampler" to share. Flavors were all SO delicious that we couldn't choose a favorite! Ordered Monkey Biz, Mud Pie, Black Cherry & Pumpkin. See photo.

Wide range of delicious ice cream choices! You could sample ice cream here before, but they have now stopped doing that. I think that it was very helpful to try different flavors every time. There could be a line outside the store at times, but they are typically very quick to help customers get what they like.

Some of the best scoops of ice cream I’ve ever seen for still regular price! As I am gluten-free and lactose free, my options are limited, but I was still able to have the pink champagne and the strawberry with other sorbet options and dairy free options available! My parents had normal flavors and they love them as well. Definitely hope to come back without the open one in the bay

First time going here and i head straight to the register cause idk how it works inside since it was empty. And idk if this girl is new or what but i was there for like 20 seconds without any acknowledgment and we just looked at each other for good 5 seconds and not even a hi or smile so i just said my order. But overall i like the ice cream it’s very creamy and good amount of oreo chunks! And no bloating so that’s a plus for me!

Handel's has become a household favorite in our family! It is hands down the best ice cream shop around. The ice cream here is incredibly creamy, flavorful, and always fresh. Handel's has a unique blend of flavors that are subtle and not overly sweet or overpowering. During my recent visit, I tried the taro flavor, which is a purple root. It was creamy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. The coffee chocolate chip is always a favorite of mine, but I'm always tempted to try new flavors because they never disappoint. During the winter months, there's always a line out the door. It just goes to show how popular and beloved this place is in the community. The service is friendly and the staff are happy to help with recommendations. Handel's has truly become a favorite for my partner and I, we keep coming back to try different flavors of ice cream. If you're a fan of creamy, flavorful, and unique ice cream, Handel's is a must-visit.

Great ice cream. We frequent this establish and also the one closer to our house and both have an excellent choice of ice cream, shakes, hurricanes and more. The lines can get a bit long, but you know what they say..... Something about good things coming to those who wait or something?!? it's true. If you do see a line out the door, trust me, it's worth it! Price is decent, line moves quick, ice cream is delicious and workers are very nice and knowledgeable about the different flavors. Will try to update with photos - currently just stopping to get a shake for the ride home from Universal.
