The gal at the front said she couldn’t split my coffee so when I went to go split it hot coffee spilled all over because the cap wasn’t on right.
The gal was sweet that made the gal who was by the register who said no to splitting (which has never happened).

I was new to this location and it’s got to be one of my new favorites! Whoever is the manager, please give Avalon a raise. She is so nice and sweet and cares about the customers!!

They are always very sweet to me at this location. I do a mobile order some mornings and they sometimes remember me and I think that's nice because their store can be EXTREMELY busy at times. A lot of people. They are always nice and patient

This store is pretty immaculate. The staff are definitely on the friendly side and I've only had positive interactions here.

Good service. Have to get the orders right. Sometimes it gets really busy here. Not a lot of room to sit down and relax. The drive-thru line can be really long at times.

Used to be less expensive. Now $20, a head. Decent selection and bored staff. Still, you can fill your belly with aot of chicken, fish, sushi, etc.

Tiffany in the drive thru was the best. Very friendly and complimentary! I appreciated the morning chatter and that sure laughed at my dumb jokes!! She even complimented my mismatched morning attire!!

i work nearby & now i’m screwed due to not only the convenience of the location but the staff here is the sweetest & so helpful. Lord in heaven help me because i’ve been going sometimes twice a day & all the team members i’ve encountered go above & beyond. on the rare occasion my order is incorrect they always happily rectify the situation & i leave happier than if my order was right. this am my coffee cake looked like a bite was taken out of it (likely it fell apart being warmed) & they gave me a whole new one. the team members here are five star! my only sadness is they haven’t gotten more peppermint syrup to make my favorite drink & are often out but many places are dealing w shipping & backorders; i work at Calo across the street & we have been back ordered on certain tequilas for too long. love this place, their food & drinks but the kind & helpful staff really elevate the experience! yay starbucks rancho!

Nice! A drive thru! Got in line, with about 6 cars ahead...took about 10 mins. VERY tricky turn at window if you have a big car or long hood. (Checkout the scrape marks @@)
