Starbucks

The clerk here told me they didn't have my drip coffee choice and it would take 10 minutes to brew some more. When I went to pay him I told him he could pour from the Pike's blend and that would be fine. But he said, no, he could rush the Christmas Blend brewing. He did. He went out of his way. When I remember his name, I will return to put it here. He was working the morning of December 9.

The employees are so wonderful here, and they decided to do the order right, which that every Frappuccino and/or bakery item is worth tasting. When it's Halloween, they let everyone dress up with the costumes, which is something they do, too. Same with Christmas when they use ugly Christmas sweaters, just so to make it very festive. They also have quite some good activities to appreciate the whole team! It's been a year since I went there for Christmas, but I really am looking forward to go there once again this Christmas, or so!😋😍

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I usually go to the Starbucks in Santa Ana off Bristol next to my work but I had to run some errands today so I ended up coming down here. I usually buy a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappacino as it is my favorite drink so no suprise this was the item I purchased at this Starbucks. When I got my order and took my first sip I immediately could tell this was the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch I ever got.

I have to say it's honestly always an exceptional experience everytime I come to this starbucks, the staff is wonderful, personable, and super friendly especially Andrew. He is just amazing, such a wonderful and awesome person. He provides the absolute best customer service experience. He definitely deserves a raise.

Writing this as I sip on my dark caramel cold brew that was beautifully crafted by Andrew. Let me just say that Andrew’s contagious friendliness and perfect drink-making skills are the reasons why I can’t stay away (even though I painstakingly try to save money by making coffee at home). I’ve never come across a barista as genuinely kind as Andrew. Plus, every drink Andrew makes tends to transcend the drinker into another place and time. Whether it’s just another manic Monday or the beginning/end of a long week, there’s a little magic in every sip and I’m able to stop and smell the roses.
