Pazzo's Pizzeria

Love the food, but be careful with pre-ordering using Uber Eats or other apps. They canceled my pre-order made earlier in the day because Brooklyn City Pizzeria shuts off internet ordering when they get busy per their employee who answered the phone. I called at 5:00PM on Sunday to find out what happened.

Here's a bold statement. I think this is the best place for New York style pizza in all of OC. My wife and I drove about 40 minutes to Brooklyn City, and although the drive sucks, it was well worth it once we took a bite of the pizza. We've tried many different pizzas here, but I think my personal highlights are vodka and speziata. I don't know what kind of ricotta they are using, but it's absolutely incredible. The owners and the staff are also super nice and hospitable. Great pizza and amazing service. I highly recommend Brooklyn City Pizzeria. If you're a pizza lover, this should be a must-try on your pizza list.

This is a great family run pizza restaurant everyone is super friendly and you can tell they really care about doing everything the right way. They are using all fresh ingredients and cooking each pizza to perfection. I had a slice of the pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs it was so good definitely a must try. The stromboli looked amazing. The garlic knots, the meatballs, every pizza I saw come out looked great.

First off the store is very well taken care of and the service was incredible! We got the Stromboli, Meatlovers Pizza, and Caesar Salad. It was all amazing and so well prepared. This is the gold star of restaurant due to them making all parts of the meal in house with fresh ingredients. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I recently took a short trip to Laguna Beach and this pizza was one of the highlights of our trip. We ordered a plain (cheese) pie and it was perfect. True NY style thin crust and just the right ratio of sauce to cheese. I especially like the cheese blend used, a bit different from other places and absolutely delicious. It even reheated well in the microwave of our hotel room! 😄 We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.
