Starbucks

We waited over 20 minutes for a honey mint tea and a pumpkin spice latte. After 20 minutes, my name was called, and there was only 1 drink. I showed her my other drink, and she responded,'You already picked it up.' EXCUSE ME? I've been standing here waiting. Are you accusing me of lying? She said, 'Well, I guess I will make another one.' ..... then I get to my truck and the tea wasn't even made right! Now I remember why we don't come to this location. Next time I will wait until I get to Target.

All the staff at this Starbucks are really friendly. In particular, the staff working at the drink pick-up spot greets customers with a bright smile when they come in and out, which makes customers want to come again. One inconvenience is the lack of parking space. It is hard to find parking spaces in front of the store. But there are many parking spaces available in the building parking lot opposite the building. So I recommend parking there.

This Starbucks has the greatest staff and the very best Starbucks location in all of OC! Staff are very pleasant, welcoming, and extremely efficient! The coffee and tea we order through our Mobile phone is always ready and prepared to perfection, never failing to be steaming hot! Why can't all the other Orange County Starbuck locations be as good as this one? Thank you to the Staff, they're the real stars. Great job guys! You deserve 10-stars!

What a delightful experience! In town visiting family, this is near my hotel. I find Starbucks hit or miss, with far more misses... I have just passed a lovely time here, continually impressed by this neighborhood coffee shop. It is busy, one of the busiest SBs I've been in, and yet everyone here is smiling, hustling, solving any problems that arise. And let's be honest with this constant flow of customers, problems happen. But the few I have seen have been handled cheerfully, apologetically and quickly. Everyone is treated like an old friend, everyone is important. I wish I could pick this up and transport it to my town!
