Yes, it's commercial chain Chinese; support your local immigrant run restaurant. If you want something more fast and casual though, this is the chain! Tasty, healthy (options) and reasonable price. The family deal is nice, whether for a few people or just to have leftovers. Service is typical of a fast casual chain.

I want to say how much I appreciate this Pick Up Stix. I also appreciate the staff that works at this location. When you place a specfic order they listen!!! So kudos to the staff and cooks. But especially the manager Yenifer! My friend ordered the House Chicken and I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. It came out very well and the food was cooked just right and it was piping hot! It was sent to our table right away. The food was excellent! I also used a birthday gift of the cheese won tons which were excellent! I would like to point out the excellent job that Yenifer, the Manager at Pick Up Stix is doing! She is not only very helpful (showed me how to work the App more), but very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! She is a great asset to this store. I took my friend there to eat. My friend had not been there for 8 years! The food was delicious and well-prepared. Very clean store. Very well run by Yenifer. Thank you for a very nice night out for dinner!
