The staff is always very nice and genuine, which is why I sometimes prefer to come here rather than starbucks. Warm atmosphere and decent seating. Coffee is always made consistently good.

Good place for coffee, raised their prices on coffee and only sell in one pound increments now. I am thankful for the nice people that work there otherwise not sure I’d keep buying coffee here.

This Peet's is always great! They even make "special" off-menu drinks for my little one (ask for a strawberries and cream blended). Food options are pretty standard, but they can run out earlier in the day since the hours are limited. The baristas are always so good!

Andrew and the rest of the great staff at my local Peet's coffee in Lake Forest, operate this place like a well oiled machine. Not only are you greeted by name with a big smile. You're going to receive probably some of the best customer service around Lake Forest. Andrew is an amazing Barista, fast, efficient, great attitude always, and a very good, hard worker. I just wanted to thank you guys for always making me feel like I'm at home. You all deserve a raise, in my book!

Employees always seem happy and very helpfully 9/10 times I visit. With customer service sometimes your going to catch a bad day with an employee from anywhere. This location for Peet’s I’ve barely encountered this issue. I’ve gone an extreme amount of times over the years and have probably had a rough 100 drinks there and probably 92 of them were great quality beverages. Without a doubt this store has earned a honest review
