Went here in my birthday and it was a great experience. Food was delicious, atmosphere was nice and service was great. We will be back when we want some good wagyu beef and hot pot 😋

My nephew treated and ordered for us. It seems simple to just boil or grill the meat and lobster tails. The meat is very very tender. They are surprisingly delicious with the sauce. Everything ordered tastes great. Highly recommend.

We went to this place for dinner on a week night and they were pretty busy. I love the hot pot and grill combination. The miso and spicy miso broth were very tasty. The meat and seafood were fresh. We ordered the Angus' beef, beef short rib and the seafood platter. The seafood comes with a lobster tail, salmon, shrimp and mussel. Each order comes with a both of vegetable, Udon white rice or brown rice. The dipping sauces were very good as well. Overall, we had a great meal and will definitely be back.

This is always a favorite for birthdays and the like. If you like to take time on your meals, this is the place to do it. In an average order, there is enough stuff to boil for up to an hour. Always good quality ingredients and the seating is very nice.

This place was delicious, we had Shabu this night but they also have a grill for unbelievable bbq right at your table. The wagyu is unreal but you can’t go wrong with the signature NY and black angus rib eye either. Be sure to try the Japanese fried chicken appetizer it’s the best around.

Had one of the best meals I've had here in Lake Forest. The food was devine. They have something for everyone. The wagyu beef was to die for! It was all great. I got a half and half. Everything was so good. Come enjoy a delightful dinner, treat yourself tonight.

I like the design to allow you enjoy pot and grill at the same time. The table we sit was for two persons and it’s design separates two persons quite apart. I think it is good design for pandemic occasion and also good to avoid accidental split from the pit or grill.
The food is good as well.

Cook it yourself shabu and grill. Be careful what you order, it adds up quick. Service was fine, servers check on the table frequently and adjust the burners. It's not convenient to have parties of five or more, the tables are generally set up for four, or the bar. They have high chairs for the kids, but it's not really a kids place. It's in a strip mall with acceptable parking.

What a fantastic concept! Both shabu and japanese BBQ at the same time. The quality of the meat and veggies was great. They had some really tasty dipping sauces that worked we with both the shabu and the jbbq. Our server was very accommodating and we had an overall great time. I will definitely come back soon 😁
