Ameci Pizza is a friendly and tasty New York style pizzeria, with a selection of pizza, calzones, salads, and pasta. Everything is made fresh to order and they pile on the ingredients, especially in the meat lover calzone I ordered. I think there is more potential for spice and flavor in their ingredients. The fountain drinks are a bit flat, so consider their canned or bottled offerings, or visit the 7-Eleven nearby if you are getting your food to go.

Ordered via GrubHub a Veggie Pizza with extra Pepperoni. I only got a regular Pepperoni pizza (NOT A SINGLE VEGGIE AS A TOPPING). I called them so they can correct the order. The lady on the other end of the line was "trying" to help me then suddenly cut off the phone call. How unprofessional.
FOLLOW UP: Changing my review as someone from Ameci Lake Forest came over and delivered the correct pizza. Thank you so much for putting the effort. Appreciate it.

Was delightfully surprised from Amicis.... First I had the Sketti which by the time I got back to the hotel was still piping hot. The meatball sammich was equally delish. New help they have but have a rock solid shift manager during the eve.... Being from NY I was happily surprised... I did not try the pizza....

I want to give 5 stars so badly but just can't. The pizza is delicious! The staff works so hard and is so nice! But both times I've gone, it has been a disorganized mess. Missing orders, broken registers, prepping orders out of order. My advice is to go in and order in person, then wait right there so they see you. I'll be back because it really is some of the best pizza I've ever had.
