Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - Carry Out

What a great customer service experience. We had 2 pizzas delivered from the Lake Zurich store tonight (one thin crust, one deep dish) and the deep dish pizza got messed up in transit. The sauce was off and half the pizza and the box was soaking wet. I called the store and spoke the Nick the manager. He took ownership of the problem, refunded my money and sent out 2 new pizzas to my house. This was awesome customer service and I can’t wait to order again!

The most lovely and kindest staff I have encountered in a long, long time. The service here is remarkable and the manager/owner will go out of his way to ensure a beyond perfect customer experience. I would recommend this location over any other, and will be driving more time to this location going forward because of how well they prepare food, their timeliness, and customer service. Massive thanks to the LZ team for working so hard; it is seen and appreciated.

We haven't had Lou's in a long time, decided to get some for the weekend. Called them up and they couldn't find me???!!! Had to input my data from the beginning. Ordered the extra Sausage extra Garlic deep dish, only Large now. And an extra large thin crust garlic & basil pizza. It would take 40 minutes. Only Puck up at this location. Designed for grab & go approach. Picked it up, staff was upbeat, (they were slammed!)Got it home still hot, the thin wasn't cut through properly, first time. Delicious as always. Got my fix in. Cheers & Mangia! Take out Location: Lou's Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, Extra Sausage, Extra Garlic. That's all I'm going to say other than add Hot Sauce and Hot Giardiniera & A great Chianti. Mangia!

Great Chicago classic - Whether you're part of the Giordanos gang, the Pequod's Pals, or a part of the Lou Malnatis family, you can guarantee yourself full with a slice of their deep dish (or their crunchy thin slice). There's ample parking in this strip mall, but if you place an order and opt in to curbside parking, it can start to feel claustrophobic with more than 2 cars in the same area. That's not to say that picking up from inside will do you better.
