Carlos #4 Mexican Cuisine & Seafood

Where do I start the services or the food!! When we first came in we were greeted right away and we ordered from the breakfast menu. Our server (Angel) was on point he was there right away to get our order of drinks and was back in a flash to check to see if we were ready to order. When the food came out it was nice and hot. My daughter had Carlos French Toast with Strawberry. I had the calienta and it was so good. Seasoned very well!! I will definitely be back and if you are looking for a place to go to have authentic Mexican food Carlos 4 is definitely the stop. #YouCanThankMeLater

I just had diner at Carlos Mexican Restaurant. I had been there in the spring and was disappointed. However, I saw a sign that it had new management and thought I would give it another try. I was not disappointed. Our waiter was Luis and he was charming and excellent. The food was excellent also. I was very impressed. It is now a restaurant to which I can invite friends to join us. The prices are very reasonable, les that $50 for two with drinks.

Delicious food with a great atmosphere and kind employees. The whole staff was attentive and great. Food was amazing. The king burrito is absolutely massive and only around $10! If you like spicy ask for diablo sauce, it is homemade and really good! Since it was later in the evening on a Monday night, we even had the chance to speak to the owner/head cook who was extremely friendly and hard working. Can't wait for summer time on the patio! ( For the negative reviews that say that the servers are new and inexperienced, come on give them a break! )

Went on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a wait even though the parking lot was almost full. The margaritas were so generous, I didn’t even finish half of mine. We decided to split the fajitas party for two. Delicious and such a large portion that we brought home enough for another meal. 😋 Our server, Ruth, made us feel welcome and made sure we never lacked for anything. Thanks Ruth! We’ll definitely be back again soon!!

My husband & I ate at Carlos 4 last night for the second time since it opened and had a great dining experience! The first time we were there we had a good meal & good margueritas. Last night we had great food, great margueritas & great service! Despite the lot being at capacity we got seated right away (we asked for the tall table near the bar). The bartender/server Ruth is amazing! She is a little bundle of energy and you feel as if she's playing hostess to you in her own home! She makes the best marqueritas we've ever had and she really knew the menu! She made great food recommendations and we really enjoyed our whole experience! We will be making this a regular stop on Fridays! $6 Margueritas from 4:00-6:00 is also a great incentive!
