Hacienda Don Cuco

I was actually surprised about how nice and super clean the place inside is, from the outside it looks like it can use a Lil touch up. The service here was good, the food I can say was unexpectedly delicious 😋 oh and they are pretty good about serving at a proper time frame, prices are ok for the food given! 👌 only issue was the music was super loud felt like I was at a night club lol other then that great place!

Me and my wife have been coming here since we moved up the hill from LA. That being said,we'd like to think that we are experts on fine Mexican cuisine. Being from an area where Mexican food is in abundance. Don Cuco's is easily the BEST Mexican restaurant in Lancaster. In order to be the best, you have to be consistently great at quality, quantity, service, presentation, and most importantly, taste. Don Cuco Mexican Restaurant is that place. Everything from the food to the drinks, and calm relaxing environment is awesome.

This place is such a massive disappointment. It used to be so good, and for such a long time! I'm 38 and had been going here since I was a kid. It was my favorite restaurant for so long but after our last few visits, we are officially done. The quality of the food is terrible. Their chicken tortilla soup was my absolute favorite, but it's awful now. The chicken is terrible quality and totally flavorless. Just tastes like plain boiled chicken. They didn't even cut it into bite size pieces, the chunks are huge. Total came out to $28 for a burrito and a bowl of soup. The prices have been jacked up and the quality is in the toilet. No more.

The menu has gone down we had a botona platter and we couldn't even eat it. Was not appetizing and the beans the last time made me so sick so I know not to ask for it and there it was splattered all over my plate, the quesadilla was more like enchiladas and I don't like enchiladas, and they didn't have buffalo wings Yet the salad was delicious I wish that didn't get rid of the Vallarta salad thatt was my fav. My glass of wine was dirty but they gave me a new one. The wine and salad was good. I left hungry. It's my fav karaoke place but not for eating anymore except the salad.

Poor quality food and service. Overpriced. 45mins to get our food. Nobody bringing refills on drinks but overloaded us on chips and salsa.the 3rd batch of chips they brought were either old and stale or they weren't cooked all the way. Carne asada burrito was literally all beans. Fajitas steak was overcooked and only 3 shrimps on the plate. The chicken was good. They need a new chef and better service. It didn't use to be this way. Way too overpriced. You can get better quality for less money elsewhere.

Had reservation for 9am and arrived to find out that they would not open until 9:30am. Mother’s Day brunch with other people waiting outside for their 9am reservation. Called while waiting outside and the girl stated we open at 9:30am and dismissed the fact that she had at least 25 people waiting with 9am reservations.
