Pizza Hut

We dined in. It's updated inside, very simple and clean. It's no longer a sit-down-and-be-waited-on restaurant. No fountain service, no cups, no free water. You now order your food at the counter (you can buy bottles of water, soda pop, and beer) and find a seat where you want, then they bring the food to you. Stuffed crust pizza was good!

We ordered pizza and wings for carry out. My boyfriend picked up our food and was not given our wings. When he got home I called immediately (6:23) to see what we could do. The lady offered to have our wings remade and delivered. She estimated 25 minutes. After an hour, I called back. They didn’t know where my wings were but assured me they were on their way. I’m writing this review at 8:30, 2 hours later, and I still don’t have my food. I am very annoyed and this is probably the last time I will order from this restaurant.

I ordered a pizza from here; in which I ordered from the Pizza Hut website but instead DoorDash was supposed to deliver my pizza. Door dash deliverer never showed up to my house. So I called the store. At this point it was 9pm and I told them if they make another one, I can come pick it up. They repeated my order “cheese stuffed crust pizza”. I picked the pizza up, got home and there was pepperoni on the pizza. I don’t eat pork. I called the store. They were impersonating to be someone else and hanging up the phone when I called. I called on my boyfriends phone, and got a normal answer. Imagine that. They promised me a refund, still no refund. I emailed corporate. They offered me free pizza coupons in which I declined and told them I only wanted my refund. They said they would do so, and still have yet to do it. As much as I love Pizza Hut, I will never order from this location again. Unprofessionalism. I’m never one to complain but this was to the top, and I still don’t have my refund. 🕒

My sister in law and I took my Mother in law out for her 1st pizza since the pandemic started. Pizza Hut had let their wait staff go and we were hesitant to go in, but the experience was good. The tables were spaced out and cleaned as soon as it was vacated. Our pizza was delivered right to our table, super hot! Mom had ordered 2 pizzas to go and they were ready to go when we were. All in all, a pleasant and safe place to get a pizza.
