We have a dog and a cat and have had nothing but positive experiences with Figtree Vet Clinic over the past few years since we've been living in the area - from the reception staff to the vets. Highly recommend!

I called as per the website for emergency during business hours, I speak to a lady Emily, I have never spoken to anyone with such little compassion for such a sensitive situation, her tone was out right rude and very condescending. I work in pet insurance and was recommended by a customer. I will not again attempt to take my pet there for care. People that work with animals I always believed to have had big hearts, boy was I wrong.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Took my rescue cat here for her first visit since her foster home and the staff were very helpful and lovely. We saw Ingrid who was super informative and clearly has a great way with animals, my cat felt relaxed and didn't panic as much as we expected! Great vet, will definitely be back 🌟

AMAZING vet! We took our pup in there (first vet experience) and we are beyond impressed. Dr Fiona was super educational, kind and gentle with our pup, and gave him lots of treats when he was a bit anxious.
HIGHLY recommend! They also helped us trim a little extra fur that he had around his eyes - so he could see - as he isn’t fully vaccinated to go to a groomer. They go above and beyond. Very happy! 😃👍🏻

Had a great experience taking our cat Tofu to Figtree, everyone was attentive and the vet took her time to explain treatments and possible causes for what Tofu had. She also tried other treatments before getting us to do expensive tests and it worked. Reasonably priced and great service, would definitely recommend!

Went in for an emergency and I can safely say this is my pugs new vet! Very impressive care and service. I felt my furrbaby was in the best hands for an affordable price.
