*UPDATE JAN 2022* Dined in for lunch today. Tried the Sampler appetizer (brisket potato skins, fried mushrooms, cheese sticks), half order of onion rings, and knockout Burger with sweet potato fries. Our appetizer came out cold at the same time as our meal 😩 still tasted really good, but definitely would have SMACKED if it was hot/fresh. The hand breaded onion rings were 10/10. The burger 12/10 - juicy and delicious! Unfortunately, despite "corrections", the sweet potato fries were still un-seasoned and unsalted 😭 Would have tried the crinkle cut fries otherwise. Confirmed the ranch is delicious 🤤 We didn't try it last time due to an employee telling us it was "Great Value bottled ranch mixed with something" when we asked if it was homemade. Waitress today also wasn't 100% knowledgeable of menu but, polite. Maybe I'll dine in one day, try more food, and change my mind. Until then, based solely on my take out order...ouch. Close to $4 for an un-seasoned portion of sweet potato fries and the ranch is store bought 🥴 I love me some sweet potato fries and usually don't mind the higher price they come with BUT, dry, un-seasoned - no salt, no sugar, no cinnamon, nada - and bottled ranch that can't make up the deficit, I'm sad 😩

Cool atmosphere great food. Watiress rude and entitled ask what they had on bottle beer her reply was we have lots...?..ok asked if they had a drink menu said no. Just to be told by a customer that the bottle beers on draft and domestic are displayed on screen TV. Also asked for my bar top to be cleaned because it was dirty with food stains and her reply was she was to busy with drinks. Enough said wow at this rate this place will continue to see a downturn of patrons coming in due to word of mouth. For every customer that it's treated with this type of service it spreads to 30 plus others.

I was escorted out of TKO for no apparent reason my friends and I were having a good time we did get cut off for ordering to many shots which was fine I got my receipt and they added 15% gratuity this was a little upsetting because the service was good and I would have preferred to leave a larger tip after tabbing out we were told to leave when I asked why they said because we closed out we needed to leave I was dumbfounded by this I still can't make any sense of it some of my group believe it to be discrimination it's quite possible but strange if so because I heard the owner used to be in as well. The music is WAYYY TOO LOUD after 10pm Then when its too loud the DJ makes it even louder. You can't even hear the person talking next to you. I work around jet engines all day and those are comfortable to be around than to sit inside the bar. They should really turn down the music just a little bit. I waited over 30min for a waitress to finally take my drink order and tried to waive at them but the must walk around looking at the floor. Other than that, the place is reasonably priced and they have great brisket tacos.
