Wings And Rings

Maria De was very good as a waitress..the place was not too packed and she was working alone in the whole place. Wings were not as fat and juicy like before..they were kinda dry..however..I noticed that in the kitchen, the cooks do not wear masks or gloves. Over all today (Aug 7th 2021) my experience was alot better than other times. I wish they would wipe the doors down..since so many people are in and out. And that the cooks would at least wear mask while cooking.

Zero stars my server was so rude. She didn't bother to refill my drink or bring my tab. The food was so bad. My hamburger had the smallest chicken I ever being given. Food is horrible. Not worth paying 12 bucks for mediocre service & food. Server decided not to changed my small hamburger just because she didn't want. They need training. The server never came back I stand for my own tab asking whoever for a simple refill.

Wow what horrible horrible service!! I had the misfortune of getting sat in a section with the worst server ever! This servers name is Gerardo and wow he really shouldn’t be working as a server. We had waited 10 minutes to be greeted and to get our drink order and nothing. I had to flag down the hostess that sat us to get a drink order. Our actual server Gerardo has the audacity to bring us our drinks but yet just dropped them and took off. Not even asking if we were ready to order or apologize for taking so long. Again we wait to get our order taken for about another 15 minutes. In these 15 minutes I see Gerardo running around taking shots with a table that has a group of women. From there he would go to the other side of the restaurant to talk to his baby momma all while the few tables he had were trying to flag him down and when he didn’t notice; those tables ended up taking their anger out on the hostess. We finally got our food 20 minutes later mind you in the 20 minutes that we were waiting he never checked up on us nor got us our refills just stayed talking to his baby momma or taking shots with the other table. In the end the hostess that helped us “Gigi” helped make the experience bareable. I thank Gigi for taking care of my table even though she was super busy handling other tables and to the hostess as well for having to be yelled at by Gerardo’s tables for being a lazy neglectful server. I don’t see myself ever going back nor recommending this place to anyone.

We ordered some fried pickles and they were saturated in oil. I know they are fried but they can leave them to drain before they serve them. The wings were also horrible. The oil they were fried in tastes old already and was not the best. I have been to the Weslaco and McAllen locations and the food was way better there for some reason. Gotta make some adjustments

I can be the first person to say that I'm not a fan of wings. However, Buffalo Wings has a delicious spread for wings that I can't help liking it so much! I ordered the BBQ Fried Boneless Wings with my friends getting Buffalo Fried Boneless Wings and both were delicious. I didn't have a chance to get the fries but the presentation was good. The waiter attending us was very efficient and very friendly. She offered a great service to our table. We enjoyed our meals and left the establishment. The restaurant also followed COVID guidelines with the employees using masks and practicing social distancing. I recommend a visit to Buffalo Wings and Rings to all Wings lover. To all people that don't like wings like me, try the boneless wings. Enjoy a night out in Laredo, everyone!
