Gorditas Dona Tota

Disappointment. Was eager to a delightful set of gorditas. Received the food in an awful presentation nothing like the checkered paper as before. The taste is defenetly gone. No option for flour gorditas. The surprise was with the canned drink. Did I mention the lack of 1 free gordita? Its 3 gorditas now. Pushed towards cost savings... lost the quality. Not worth almost $8 a plate.

Visited this restaurant a few days ago. When we arrived, employee told us they were closed because the roof was leaking. We went back yesterday. The restaurant was clean and brand new. Seems like all the employees are high school students that work after school. No management on site. We arrived at 7:15pm the restaurant was empty. We ordered and within 5 minutes our food was ready. The fillings were excellent, served piping hot and good flavor. The only downside was the actual gordita was cold and hard. I would have preferred the gordita hot. Other than that good place to go have good authentic gorditas.

The food here is fantastic! I always choose the crunchy chicharon with white cheese and the chicken molle, they're absolutely the best gorditas and recommend them. And they even have desserts which include ice cream! The staff is friendly and the entire restaurant is well lit and clean. Great for a lunch time destination.
