Papa John's

A slightly better chain pizza. Location has delivery, call ahead and walk-in. I was a walk- in. Pizza order was taken promptly and ready in 10 minutes. Cost was a bit more than Little Ceasars. High traffic area with limited parking. Staff was friendly but very busy at 7:45 PM. VG quality ingredients but I'm not a big fan of their sauce.

I ordered 2 pizzas with marinara sauce and they forgot the sauce. My dad called and spoke with a female and she was very rude!! She told my dad he could go pick it up and my dad explained to her why he had to go pick it up if it was their mistake! She started yelling and being rude and hung up on my dad! The sad part is she is the manager!! Bad service and never ordering from here again!

Had a delivery today and I asked the delivery guy if the extra sauces I order was in there, he told Me if I ordered it it is there. He also begged Me for a tipped, I didnt have any cash so when I gave him quarters he seemed as of he was mad and told me I could leave him a tip on my card and at that point I was upset because he was ungrateful!! He wasn't happy with the tip I gave him even when I didnt have to. Then I opened my food and my extra garlic butter sauce wasnt in there what I paid for wasnt in there! I hate when that happen after I paid and it's on the order. I wondered if I called back would they deliver my sauce for the delivery I paid for.

Pizza is not the same anymore, in the past 3-4 months, we ordered pizzas from Papa Johns and they just don't taste the same as before. Just last night we bought a couple of pepperoni pizzas and they literally didn't have any sauce on them!!! Don't know what is going on with their ingredients, but we are buying pizzas from another restaurant from now on...
