The food is not very appetizing. When the refreshments machine is broken or a certain drink comes out as water, the employees do not fix it and if they do they make you wait 1-2 hours. The ice cream machine is almost always broken and they keep the bathroom trash next to the refreshments machine. It is just plain out DISGUSTING! The service is just TERRIBLE. If i could rate it 0 stars i would but unfortunately i can't.

I did 2 orders of pancakes - they forgot 1 order so I had to let them know, now I got 2 orders but 1 pancake less lol funny and not responsible place, go somewhere else people.

The MANAGER who was in cashier not only was super rude, but she was also on a PHONE CALL while taking my order! So unprofessional!

I went to the one on San Bernardo twice in the afternoon and they had no frappe really bad had to go to Starbucks! Bad service!!😝😢
