Noticed the chicken pieces seem to be getting smaller. Popeyes might want to find a different vendor with bigger pieces. Chicken portions might come from a vendor that's starving their chickens. Hardly any meat on the bone.

The chicken nuggets were horrible! The nuggets were too breaded and it didn't have that much chicken in them. I will never go to Popeyes ever again and I mean that. Simply unexpected.

Nice clean facility. Had the Spicy Crispy Sandwich people were kill themselves over a few years ago. It's really good, but nothing to die over.

Came in during lunch to eat, every single table was dirty. Napkins, chicken and trash was all over the entire dining area floor. I understand they are having a rush with the new chicken sandwich just released, however if you step over to fill up your beverage cup, it smells horrible in that area. I looked around the beverage machine to see perhaps if a customer had thrown their food back there, as it smelled rotten or like fecal matter. There was a huge brown/blackened sludge, about 15 to 20 inches wide, really hard to miss if you worked here. I LOVE Popeyes and it really bothers me to write a review like this. This place is in dire need of a manager that pays attention to the customer's experience.

Terrible service. I went for am item they advertise, have images of on the window yet do not offer. I ordered items instead and regret it. They made me wait a while and still forgot to add the sauces I was charged 65 cents for.

Online order. 25+ minutes to receive food while parked outside. Their excuse was: "we don't have any non-spicy chicken". We still waited for the food - but not a good experience. To their credit, however, it was really good. I guess it was worth the wait. Still 2 stars for slow service considering that this is "fast food".

This location on delmar the best service . food is hot and fresh the customer service is excellent . The Saunders location needs a manager like this store plus the crew . I live far from this location but it’s worth the drive. Keep up the good job!
