Nice n clean venue, attentive staff and fun for children.
I wish more parents will enjoy time as a family, instead of being on their phones --you are wasting precious time to bond, to enjoy and to collect fond memories.

Been a while since I took my kids to Chuck E. Cheese and was surprised by the new equipment (games) they put in. The pizza was still good.

My son had a blast on Chuck E. , none of his friends went to his birthday, but our waiver Rubi was so kind to him and very friendly, and helped to make a better birthday to him. Thanks!

My kids had fun, but the pizza wasn't really good (no flavor literally), not to mention that the fountain drinks had no ice and one of the drinks was out. Being short on staff is what probably didn't help the latter

All new system but not one employee was excited to work very bad management.. I bought a salad buffet and the salad bar was half empty ,still some ingredients were not fill. The pizza was good with the new cheese flavor.

Toys locked up... they have display toys but won't give what's locked up my child left crying 😢 spent over hundred dlls eating there and couldn't get a 15 coupon toy because it was locked up even tho display was full on counter display don't understand why they were in the show case .

They take forever to attend the people who are waiting, they see us waiting/asking for help but they don’t bother on attending us . If that would improve that would be great.
