Juan Cruz, the gentleman who works at the restaurant was excellent. I stayed at the hotel for a few weeks and he took care of my daily salads. Great cook. Great customer service. Make sure you tip him. Based on my research of hotel's wages in the area, they are not good. The front desk people were very nice too as well as the super nice cleaning staff. I also complimented the night shift security guard. I usually left for work at around 415 am and I always saw the man patrolling the parking lot and walking around the common grounds.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. It was humid and it smelled like mildew. Initially I was giving a room on the ground floor which had a sliding door to outside. The lock on the door was broken so I did not feel safe staying there. The room was also musty and gross so I was hoping this was just a bad one. The staff moved me without an issue but the room I was given was even worse. I felt safer so my biggest concern was addressed, but the room smelled so bad it gave me a headache. I would be shocked if there wasn’t mold in this hotel. I felt so nasty after staying there I just wanted to shower but there was absolutely no hot water. From start to finish this was a horrible hotel and I would never recommend it!

Very nice hotel, but exceptional for one particular reason: Kevin M. This gentleman checked my group in for our four night stay, and each time I've entered or exited the hotel, he's greeted me by name ("Mr. Speights"--even pronounces it correctly); I have also observed that he treats other guests quite courteously. This five-star service reflects great credit upon himself, this hotel and the Marriott chain... such actions build loyal customers. Thank you Kevin!

This is not a 3-three star hotel. This is a ONE star hotel. Stains. Stains in the elevator, in carpet in the hallways, the room. I don’t want to know how the stains in the room got there. The hotel is old. You can see this clearly upon walking in. The staff is friendly and respectful. That alone does not make it a 3-star hotel. 1 star.

This place is by fair not worth the money they want. Soldly because this place needs a lot of work done to the place. I understand Marriott just recently bought this location but if you could not afford to start working on the place right away then the hotel should have been shut down and under construction and/or were better off waiting to rent the rooms out because customers are truly getting roped for their money. The beds are small, the showers are small even with me being 5’1 I had a hard time (just not enough room in the bathroom alone), the outlet’s doesn’t all work or is loose which makes it hard to charge gadgets, and has Major Health issues such as mole!! threw out the entire building. 2 stars for many reasons, mole being one of them, overly priced, no Breakfast, gym is extremely small, wifi runs extremely slow, universal tv remote does not work (not for the Samsung tv), I mean you literally can’t even watch Netflix or Hulu which are basic necessities due to the TV’s not having wifi and they don’t have an account set up with them. Lastly, front desk just expects everyone to pay their asking price with no discounts even after expressing your concerns. I mean it is a serious issue to have mole throughout the entire building and I really think they should reconsider because a business can definitely be sued for something like that especially being that I have bronchitis (lung disease).

This has to be the Nastiest hotel that the government has ever put me in! All of my coworkers said that their rooms had a Moldy Musty smell! The furniture is very old. Carpet torn in hallways. The patio is full of bird doodo, nasty lawn chairs. Garbage piled up at trash cans. Spaces in parking lot are tight, not suitable for trucks. My TV or cable would go out every soo often, then come back on. Beds are hard and mattress is cheap springs. Elevators are nasty. Would not stay here on a TDY! One coworkers a/C leaked and stained the musty carpet. My a/C would not have a middle cold temp, only Very cold or very hot! The restaurant/bistro is a nasty little Starbucks with 1 older guy, w/out a Starbucks uniform. He and his coworker took 30-45 mins to make breakfast sandwiches for us, constantly. UT, the front desk staff is very very friendly. My shower curtain was stained and torn. My bed sheets had blood one day! I lifted the other bed sheet and saw nasty dirty stains!
