Gasligther manager in the night shift after he is not attending the full scope of order intake and neglecting the delivery drivers, knocking to prevent long lines in drive thru, has the nerve to declare that we are the gruesos because of being in top of our business putting them to work at the rhythm they sign up for the, nacoville manager closes the back door in your face. customers paying a privilege to get their order hot and quick from Uber and these third world managers fall short for modernity, they don't have free space in their brains to upgrade.

Just went today October 2nd at 11:00 am and was denied service. They said they were closed in drive thru because they were understaffed meanwhile they took the order of 2 other cars ahead of me. Asked them why are they closed and they said its because its only two of us and we don't know what to do. If you don't know what to do then why are you working there. If you're going to say you are closed then i would expect for them to not take any orders but again they took 2 orders before denying mine. Excellent service Jack in the box. If anyone wants Jack in the box do not go to this location. Very unprofessional.

Went through drive-thru October 31st, and asked for some buttermilk, person at the window was very unprofessional, denied giving me the butter milk, said he couldn’t call the manager cause they were only 2 people working, closed the window on me and I waited on there, knocked on the window and honked, he never opened the window at all, got down to speak to a manager and the manager told me to leave that he didn’t have time! The Person on the Window was a person named Victor, and the very unprofessional manager was Jose! Last time I will be attending this location, you guys have some serious customer service issues to fix there!!!
