Las Kekas Restaurant

I made a 4 hour round trip JUST to eat here & I would gladly do it again! I can’t say enough good things about this place, from the quaint atmosphere, friendly owners and the phenomenal food. I tried several different kekas recommended by the owner and never had a bad dish. The prices are unbelievably low especially for the huge servings. The hibiscus tea was so refreshing & fragrant. This was just an all around perfect experience ❤️

The place was very clean and food outstanding and delicious. I love the presentation of the food. The beans stayed hot throughout the meal due to the ceramic bowl and lid they were served in. The place reminded me of when I would eat at my grandmother's place in old Mexico and the taste of the food. If could give more than 5 starts I would give a 10. This place is one of the best restaurants that I've eaten Mexican food so far. And in my opinion one if not the best places to eat when here in Laredo Texas. The owner and staff were getting, polite and make you feel at home like if your at a relatives house. Great job!!! Great food!!!!

I took a chance on this place I saw on google maps with 4.5 star rating. When I got there it was empty but I trusted the ratings so I sat down and ordered. The service was outstanding the food was delicious and different not your typical San Antonio jalisco. The poblano rice was the bomb and the tamarindo sauce was something I never had but oh I tasted so good. I'm glad I took a chance this place did not disappoint.
