Burger King

2 out of 10 times I stop by they get my order right! So most of the time I have to call the manager and complain that I just paid $14 for a combo and it was WRONG! As soon as I get home. They apologized again and agin but nothing changes. I really do Love BK but maybe before the pandemic not it’s just fading away like any other place.

Restaurant: I ate via drive thru, never expect much via drive thru but food was packed well however like always I received my Coke with spillage so had to clean it to not mess up my car. Food: Purchaseed Texas combo, taste on burger was pretty good, fries were a let down, If you've never tried them the cheesy totts when hot taste great 👍

No ketchup was available! I've never been to a burger joint in my life that has no ketchup. Smh!! Plus they didn't even say, sorry but we don't have ketchup. They just simply said, "no tenemos." When we got our food, no napkins were given to us. Food was great. Its just the customer service that sucks. Much like all of Laredo.

The staff doesn't care. We have experience first hand that they just don't care for customers or their work. Managers do everything. I used to loved this restaurant but since new staff it is just not the same. 😞 I used mobile app to speed things up; they don't care. I wanted to give another change today and we were waiting in the drive thru for my chicken salad. The manager instead of being humble she blame us for all the customers that left behind us because they wanted us to wait in the front. Come on it was a mobile app place 15 minutes earlier and we still waited more! Absolutely absurd.
