Red Lobster

My husband and I visited this location last night. Our server was Nathan and he was a delight. Some of the best service I’ve ever received. It was like we were old friends just catching up. The food was delicious and I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. We will be back and will definitely ask for Nathan again.

It's good for a chain restaurant. Food quality and service a little above average. The problem is, there's so many local seafood restaurants that they can't keep up with the quality of food that they serve. I went because I was given a gift certificate. Rooster fish on Missouri avenue which is about 2 miles away better quality and prices. If you go to Dunedin there's numerous amazing seafood restaurants there. Also St Pete and all the beaches, top of the line seafood restaurants. If you're a tourist Google seafood restaurants close to you. Look at their reviews and try the local establishments.

Endless Shrimp! Guys, this year it's different. They added coconut shrimp! 🥥 🍤 It comes with a white pineapple dipping sauce that was great. The garlic scampi is fantastic! The cheddar biscuits never disappoint! Great food, great service and fun memories made while playing the trivia games at the table ($2 added to your bill). We always visit during endless shrimp.

My boyfriend and I went for a late-night date after a day at Busch Gardens. Nathan was our server and he provided the most comfortable and easy-going service. They accidentally over-cooked my steak and he brought it to me immediately addressing that he would replace it if I wished. He then made up for it (though he didn’t have to) by sending us home with extra replacements! I would rate him a 10/10 if I could!!

Walk in To Go order: No one at Hostess Stand, no one at Bar/To Go area. Waited more than five minutes for Wait Staff member to walk by, asked them if I could place an order, they took the order and told me 20 minutes. Returned at 20 minute mark to wait another 20+ minutes. Overhearing a phone call, heard the Wait Staff state the Manager was cooking. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables or.the bar once people left their seats, dirty dishes everywhere. The Restaurant is severely understaffed. Once I arrived home I realized the order was wrong. Didn't call because I heard the phone ringing while I was there and it was only answered once. Feel sorry for the Manager and Employees. They need to close down part of the Restaurant and only allow the amount of people that they can take care of enter. This is a Corporate issue. Gave it three stars to get the Franchisee or Corporate's attention. This isn't fair to the Manager or Staff. The food tasted great as always even though we paid for more than we received. The food deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff also rates ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We will return but not until it gets better organized.
