Chili's

I used to love Chili's but sadly some of these locations have gone down these last couple years. A friend said this location was much better & it was! I got the spicy shrimp tacos with fries & broccoli since don't care for beans & rice. And had to get one of there famous margaritas ..can't rem which one but was good! Service was friendly, food was delicious & came out hot & quick! Which is rare these days. But our waiter messed up our bill a couple times but it was ok. Why I didn't give more stars for service. All in all, much better experience then the one on East Bay & in Countryside area. Check it out!

It was okay! Appeared understaffed or poorly managed. It was pretty empty inside, but we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. I don't know why. When we were seated, our table was filthy and so were the menus. The surrounding customers seemed less than respectful but the staff were respectful and kind. They just seemed to need help keeping the pace up and more time for keeping it clean and a family friendly environment. Again, the staff and our waitress and the food was perfectly fine. We just kinda expected more.

Walked in and was immediately seated with our favorite waitress Tiffany. She’s fast and friendly. She goes above and beyond with no change in character for food sent back. She serves us with smiles. She’s truly amazing and on top of her tables. Me and 3 my boys love this location and absolutely adore Tiffany. By far the best service I’ve received in a very long time. Food was fast and on our table in no time 😁 We love you Tiffany we will see you soon😊

Chilis used to be a favorite of mine. In the past several years I haven’t been a fan, I decided to give it a try today for fajitas, they only offer chicken and shrimp for lunch. The menus is a lot smaller than expected. I was dissatisfied before and just as much today. Server was on point. Not busy at all. No chips/salsa… going down hill fast at this location. As for the food, I do not like eating chicken out, it’s usually over cooked, today was not over cooked but you only got 8-10 very thin slices of chicken. Bar was semi full however only 5 tables were taken. They all had food. It was just after 2:30 so I do understand that aspect. Still shouldn’t take very long for fajitas. All the tables had their food. So here I sit. Black beans & rice, yuck, 1/2 cup of rice not good ver dry. Guacamole was sour tasting, no need to complain, at all. Very dissatisfied I have given them so many chances, I will not be back!

We can in on a Monday President’s Day around 4pm We we’re greeted by a server very happy one. I asked her to be our server cause she was the only one working and not standing around. And wow was she one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. It’s not about the food all the time we’ll most of the time for me. If I go out I want good service and warm food I don’t expect much. Her name started with a T Tammy Tina something Like that. We had 2 wild kids with us she was awesome with them and all of our requests. Thank you for making our dining experience amazing. I didn’t call the Mgr over to let her know. It’s hard to find good servers like this one! Give her a free meal drink and a Sunday off!

This used to be the place to go for a quick bite and good food. However last nights dinner was just awful. I will say the waitress Tiffany was outstanding. The food was horrendous. We waited over an hour for our food and when it came out the bread for burgers and grilled cheese were hard as a rock. My 6 year old could barely eat it. My shrimp for the fajitas was cold and nasty. Fries were cold in the middle but we had waited so long for our food and Tiffany was great we didn’t want to complain. We won’t be coming back here. We took our food home so we could reheat it, it was that bad. What a shame, this place used to be such a great place before Covid. Only reason they get 1 star is because of Tiffany (she actually deserves a 5 star!)

Long wait. Food is good. Came down to put my check on my card. And the waitress put the wrong amount on my check. Got told the manger was not in to fix the problem. Came back the next day. The manager said she was way to busy. To give her my phone number. She never called back. I live a ways from the place. So lost money on that. Never will be back. And never will pay on my card at any chilli's again. Pay cash for now on. They can't be trusted.
