Dunkin'

Not for the working professional. Needed to get some work done before driving to my next site. Ordered coffee and donuts. I'll give them 2 stars for atleast carrying the jelly donut holes. I showed up and saw they shut down the lobby, so that you can't work in it. Then, some young chick gave me a hard time about working in my car, in a completely dead lot. Pick a different coffee house. Even McDonald's does better.

Came to get some ice cream at 7pm and the guy working said that they’re closed. According to Google, they should be open until 9pm. What’s the deal? All the other Dunkin’s and Baskin-Robbins close at 9pm/10pm, what makes this one so special? UPDATE: Boyfriend and I ordered 4 scoops of Triple Mango ice cream and 3 scoops of World Class Chocolate ice cream. They gave me the wrong ice cream which was just pure chocolate, and they gave him a scoop and a half which he ordered 4. Mine was a 3 scoop ice cream and had way more inside. We paid $16 for ice cream that’s only worth $10 or less. Also tried to go inside to return the ice cream and there was a sign stating “Drive Thru only”. The there were 5 cars in front of us before we were able to talk to someone.

Four times I've been at this drive-thru and four times the order was wrong this morning the cream cheese on the bagel was non-existent the bagel was not toasted and it was stale this is the last time I'm ever going through the drive-thru or any other drive-thru at any Dunkin' donuts..... The lady at the window was very friendly and very nice and I had a real good feeling until I took a bite out of the freaking bagel going back to McDonald's for my breakfast or at least it might not be the best but it's always consistent

I was told I could not order five dozen donuts because they would be sold out for the day. I reduce the order to four dozen donuts and the manager told me I can only order two dozen because any more than two dozen needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance so they don’t sell out. They do not make the donutsAs she told me they get shipped in every morning. I went to Einstein bagels and bought five dozen bagels and a box of Joe. Without any problem

Went a few days ago sat for 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker before someone even said hello. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a busy morning. This morning I went inside to avoid the long drive thru line. I discovered the issue. You have 1 person taking orders for both inside and drive thru. The inside is asking people to stand over by the pickup area so the drive thru lady can take your order. In my opinion it seemed as there is no real leadership or proper training and that everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I will definitely be making a special trip out of my way to do business with a different location. Hopefully the store owners see this and make some corrections. I also want to note the staff I encountered was friendly both times I visited this location I just think they need some guidance.
