Jersey Mike's Subs

A fantastic place to get a great sub or wrap, friendly and fast service in a great looking location. I come at least once a week, I've never been disappointed by the quality or speed with which my meal is made. Combine that with the loyalty rewards program and double points on Wednesdays, I'm a happy customer for life. I strongly recommend this location if you're looking for a high quality and quantity sandwich at a great price, the food and friendly service will have you Smiling all the way to the dinner table!

ONLY subs I enjoy! Always fresh, loaded and delicious. From the amazing bread to the many offerings they provide. The Club Sub is by far my FAVORITE!!! And always a great team working at the Roosevelt Blvd location. Just gave me extra points for my birthday yesterday! Thanks guys! COME TO THE LARGO MALL!!! PLEASE!!!

Dont go here if you actually want to be served. I came for a Doordash order and was looked over. People that came AFTER me were helped first. The people behind the counter made a point of communicating with everyone else about their order and wait times except me. The older lady ignored me and proceeded to help someone else. Customer service here sucks

Store is filthy. Slicer had pieces of old cold cuts on the machine, many are old and dried out, and the griddle is greasy, grimy and just plain disgusting. The staff leaves a very lot to be desired. Email sent to Jersey Mikes Subs Corporate Office. I'm a long time devoted customer of Jersey Mikes Subs. In fact I would purchase my subs many years ago from Mikes Subs, Point Pleasant, NJ when Peter Cancro worked there. I live in NJ and normally purchase my subs from Jersey Mikes in Chatham, NJ. The store and the staff are outstanding. I am in Florida for the winter months and have purchased subs on a few occasions from the Jersey Mikes indicated above. Today I purchased two Giant # 7's. When I walked into the store, this time and the last few times, the slicer and griddle were totally disgusting beyond belief. The slicer had a ton of pieces of cold cuts, most of which were dried up which tends me to believe they were more than a day old. The grease and grime on the entire griddle could make one want to vomit. I can never prove it, but a while back I purchased a cheeses steak and the store associate placed the loaf of bread on the part of the griddle which was not lit while making the cheese steak. Afterwards when I ate the sub the bread was sticky and had a weird taste. A few days later I came down with a bacteria infection which was supported by a diagnostic test. Most recently the girl making the sub asked how I wanted it made. I told her Mike's way with no onions and no salt. She started putting onions on and I had to remind her. She had three small pieces of tomatoes on two subs and said "I ran out of tomatoes, would you like me to cut more?" I told her of course. I asked for a little extra oil and vinegar. When I arrived home to eat the sub, both were so full of oil I had to throw the away. I may remain a customer, not sure, but would never, ever, visit that location again. My second thought after writing you is to contact the County Board of Health as I'm sure more people will get sick from eating at that Jersey Mikes location. Dirty, filthy, disgusting and the staff are brain dead. Again, your store in Chatham, NJ is tops. Maybe it's a Florida thing, as it's a different world here and the people leave a lot to be desired. Sorry for the bad news, but you need to check out this location before someone initiates a law suit against Jersey Mikes, or gets very sick.

FANTASTIC cold and hot subs!! This place is excellent for fresh off the grill hoagies and also subs prepared with fresh sliced meats and veggies assembled right in front of you. I 💘 LOVE the Roast Beef & Turkey sub but they are ALL delicious and very satisfying, very fast service and always polite and friendly.
