Ignoring me and my brother when we came inside !i had already ordered my food via the BK app otherwise we never wouldve gotten to order!it also toolk about 5-10 mins for my order to even be pushed thru to their system!they didn’t acknowledge my brother for atleast 15 mins before they took his order!very bad bad bad customer service at this location on east bay!i would only recommend this store if your dying from hunger or have no other choice! Again the food was good it just took 30 minutes to get to me and the front counter was pretty much ignored until u start screaming!dnt go here

Horrible service. Waiting in drive through without cars moving at all for at least 10 min. Finally gave up, parked and got into the restaurant in person. People in line, inside, waiting to order decided to leave, people waiting for their food for a while started complaining, staff didn't even address them and shrugged their shoulder...wow! I was shocked and decided to leave.

Went through the drive through on 01/04/2022 @ 5:55 pm the little girl has no professionalism at all I wanted a # 1 she stated that there was no fries so I said what compromise could I get for not getting the fries she said nothing so I got the whopper and a large sweet tea first of all tea was not sweet the whopper was cold and I spent over 8 dollars I have been trying to call that store since I got home and they won't even answer the phone she didnt even give me a receipt. When I say I am dissatisfied with this customer service it was a bad experience. It's people working there that don't want to work so unprofessional with attitudes that's distasteful.

That morning crew is a jam up crew, best crew around, I want to thank ,Trish, Jerome, Deb!!! Y'all go beyond the call of duty due to all your circumstances that happened to you in the mornings. You always have a fresh smiling face and it makes my day, so much better. It's hard to find somebody or a crew that can brighten your day as much as y'all do, I just want to thank you. I hope these comments are read by corporate..... LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.....
