Wendy's

Everything is always soggy and never right. I orderd a 4 for 4 meal my hamburger was disgustingly soggy along with my cold fries and not to mention the lettus on my burger was no bigger than a quarter and spoiled my chicken nuggets only had 2 in them I really refrain from going to this location at all costs I'd rather go out of my way to another Wendy's than to go to this one.

Every time I come here they are respectful and quick. I have drove by another Wendy's to come to this one. Today they had to deal with a major Karen who was holding up the line, but they still apologized for the wait when we got up to the window. Just an absolutely incredible team you have here and Wendy's should be very proud of this restaurant!

The " Manager" on duty last night has absolutely no business being in the customer service businesses!! When I found that they had miss made my order which wasn't a difficult order I went back and informed them of this and requested that they remake my food. They refused and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told " I am one now leave"! I used to work at a Wendy's and this was definitely a disappointing experience.

My mobile order got lost in translation. It happens. But I had to wait almost 30 mins to be told A) I didn't place the order right and that B) I couldn't get a refund. A) I used the app and confirmed the order. B) The money came out of my bank. In this situation I would normally rate 3 stars but they get a 2 because they were pretty rude about it. I get y'all are busy, but don't take it out on me. I won't go back to this location for sure. I would recommend any of the other surrounding fast food joints to eat instead. That is unless you feel like being treated as an inconvenience for ordering a burger.

For whatebet reason the employees kept coming to the register then running away. After the third time I went to McDonald's who were happy to serve me lunch. Terrible customer service and very dirty. Also watched an employee in use the toilet go back to serving fries at the drive thru and never washed his hands. Good luck to all that eat there.
