Dunkin'

I go to this Dunkin' everyday and the girls always make my coffee perfectly I went there this morning and the new manager made my coffee wrong I asked the girl to remake it he yelled at me and said I made it right and yelled at the girl and told her not to make it for me.. why do I have to pay $4 for a drink that I'm not going to drink when these girls know how to make it and the manager doesn't know what he's doing or how to manage he spoke to the employees and the customers with such disrespect. I asked him what his name was and he screamed at me James.. hopefully he won't be the manager there long because it is a disgrace the place has lovely employees that are now being treated like s***.

Dana at the cash register did her best. The fat guy with dreads at the drive through spent time checking his phone and the other guy was like a clone of him...walking around doing nothing while customers are waiting. I will never visit this place again. The guys are nasty and dirty at the window. No gloves on and steady wiping their noses between customers. The service is poor and utterly disastrous. Management has no authority at all. I cannot believe this place exists. 🤬🤬🤬

The handicapped ♿ spots are in a difficult place in the parking lot. I would have parked there but there wouldn't have been enough space to get my friends wheelchair to the passenger side of my car. The ramp to the door is awkward because only one door opens, and that is the door in front of the ramp. Weird! Not super wheelchair friendly inside.. There is 1 table we could sit with the chair because the 2 further tables you can't really put a chair without moving their chairs out of the way.. Two of the staff (young) felt the need to flirt, quite LOUD with their cutesy words and over the top actions. I'll try the drive thru next time. It will be more comfortable eating in the car.
