I ordered an almond milk iced latte and the first one I got tasted like a cup of iced milk, so I went back and asked the barista (short brown curly hair. Wearing a top hat with goggles on it) to remake it, she made it the same and was extremely rude about it. The picture is what I got the second time and the picture next to it is what it’s supposed to look like. Super frustrating as I have ordered this drink countless times and know what it should look and taste like.

Sure great coffees but it's all about atmosphere and the mood created by the owners. The customer service , Air conditioning, lighting, fresh smelling , clean, and clean bathrooms, I had been to two others coffee shops that morning and had just walked out of them ...they sucked. Thank you Star Bucks! Nicely done!🤗

I used to come here when I was studying for my boards. Now I'm studying for a new career test and only have one issue. People are nice. Place is relatively clean. Comfortable places to sit and study. But bring head phones. The Baristas SCREAM "Good morning" to EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. Who walks in the door. Thought it was cute and sweet for about 5 minutes but it quickly became kind of annoying like nails on a chalk board while sitting there trying to study and concentrate. I'll see how long it takes to bother me enough that I'll go elsewhere to study.

I'm not one to usually complain but this needs to be addressed - I ordered a warm ham and cheese croissant through the drive through. When I left the drive through and opened up my package the croissant was cold and there was 3 bites taken out of it. I went back to the store and explained. The lady gave me a new one and apologized "not knowing how that could have happened".

My experience with one of the barista that takes your order was one of the best customer service ever. She made me feel like she was my best friend in her mannerisms and I wanted to come back soon for I love the taste of their coffee. My husband says I'm somewhat a pain for I order decaffeinated ice coffee with sugar free vanilla oatmilk like a latte! This barista have me a feeling of no problem ordering and my order was correct!

The drive thru line was long and limited on time so I went in. It literally was less then 6 min for my order to be put out. I had a double smoked bacon croissant and mocha Frappuccino. Thank you guys for being the best and speedy too.

Eliana is the best barista I’ve ever met, she is quick and incredibly sweet! This location is efficient and beautiful. Definitely a returning customer to this Starbucks.

The Starbucks in Curlew and US 19 is by far one of the best Starbucks in town. The staff is super friendly, they are always willing to accommodate my orders. I am a frequent customer of Starbucks. Thanks for your amazing service
